These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the NYEX AI Platform, including related software, installers, updates, documentation, websites, and services. By clicking Accept, downloading, installing, accessing, or using NYEX, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and account security. You confirm you have authority to use NYEX and provide data, and you are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
Licence and restrictions. NYEX grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal business use. Reverse engineering, resale, security bypass, unlawful use, and use to build competing services are prohibited.
Subscriptions and payments. Paid subscriptions and entitlements follow the applicable order form/plan terms. Fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
Customer data and privacy. You retain rights to your data. NYEX may process data to operate, secure, support, and improve the platform, and may use aggregated/de-identified usage data.
Third-party services. If you connect external providers, your use is governed by those providers’ terms and policies. NYEX is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing, or data handling.
AI output and safety. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable. You must review outputs before reliance and use NYEX lawfully and responsibly.
Liability and termination. NYEX provides the platform as described in the agreement, may suspend for security or misuse, and either party may terminate under the applicable terms.
